Pwllheli - 4 Miles from Cottage
Pwllheli Town Centre Pwllheli is the unofficial capital town of the Llyn Peninsula. The town has the only weekly market on the peninsula, which is held every Wednesday on Y Maes in thecentre of the town.
The town centre has a wide variety of small shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other services. Pwllheli also boasts a large modern Marina giving great access to Cardigan Bay.

Abersoch - 11 Miles from Cottage
Pwllheli Town Centre Probably the most famous resort on the Llŷn Peninsula is Abersoch. The village lies towards the southern tip of the peninsula, and it's bay is sheltered by St. Tudwal's Islands.
The village has two beaches, both east facing, separated by the Penbennar headland, with the main beach to the south and the harbour beach to the north.

Porthmadog - 12 Miles from Cottage
Pwllheli Town Centre The town's long high street is ideal for a wander and there are plenty of different and interesting shops to browse as well as small cafes and restaurants for when you need to recharge!
The quayside is very picturesque and has joined in with Pwllheli and Abersoch with a number of boat yards and chandlery shops located along the side of the channel out towards Borth-y-Gest.
